SHIPPING POLICY
Salt & Thread Mercantile is a small-batch shop based in Southwest Florida. Orders are thoughtfully packed and shipped throughout the United States.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Because many of our products are handmade or prepared in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
If an item requires a longer processing time, that information will be noted in the product description whenever possible.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Available shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our direct control.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information using the email address provided with your order.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping notification is sent.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@saltandthreadmercantile.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the shipping process.
LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or there appears to be a problem with your shipment, please contact us at hello@saltandthreadmercantile.com with your order number and any relevant photos or information.
We will do our best to help resolve shipping issues; however, carrier delays and other circumstances occurring after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier may be outside our control.
